The Advanced Tennessee Master Nursery Producer (TMNP) program is a 21-hour professional development program for nursery crop producers. It was designed to provide Tennessee nursery producers with the best information possible in order to enhance their profitability and long-term environmental, economic, and community sustainability. The program is administered by the University of Tennessee in coordination with the TMNP Committee, which includes representatives from UT, USDA, and TSU, and was developed with support from a USDA NIFA Specialty Crop Block Grant administered by the TDA.
Have a project that was selected for TAEP?
Producers
who are currently in TAEP need to complete TMNP/Adv TMNP and submit
required paperwork to the TDA by August 1 of the program year unless
they already have a current certification.
Not in TAEP?
Producers not in TAEP do not need to adhere to the deadline.
Does the Deadline Affect My Access to Adv. TMNP Program Content?
Producers
who are already registered can continue to access the program after the
August 1 deadline, but new registrations will not be accepted.
Participants who want to register after August 1st should
register for the next program cycle. For example, if you want to
register in September 2025, register for TMNP 2025-26 or Advanced TMNP
2025-26.
